No, it does not have atomic time keeping but it keeps great time. I bought it because it's a reasonably priced solar time keeper. Its a great watch though...

Is the watch band canvas or is it resin (which life expectancy is a year)?

Resin bands will last for years if they are washed periodically (it explains that in the user guide). I had these bands break years ago until I started washing with mild soap and water, especially after sweating.

Do these have the 12/24 hour format?

Yes. You can change it in the settings. Has world time, alarms, stop watch, light, chrono...

Watch did not come with instruction manual. Where can I find? Noticed some customers received a manual with purchase.

I’d say that you have 2 options. Return the one you received without a manual and then order it again or check the Casio website for a link to the manual online. Good luck!
