This product is the perfect utensil to make Appam. It is very easy to clean, and is good that it also comes with the plate to cover while cooking.It perfectly matches the description and can strongly recommend from my usage.

Quality of Wooden Needle and Pan
1) Wooden needle is not a finished product - tempered, has splinters.2) The pan is lightweight, expected heavy duty bottom. The food burnt immediately when cooked on medium-high temperature, had to cook on low temperature only.
