Hard. But it's not a hard crystal kind of hard. There's a bit of softness to it that makes the candy roll smoothly in your mouth. I had to stop reordering this candy just to stop myself from over consuming. That's how much, absolutely love it!

If you like Spicy Ginger - You’ll Dig these

Nice, rich Ginger flavour. Not hot, but definitely spicy, and long-lasting Not horribly sweet, but still more sweet than spicy. Nice balance - Not a huge amount of pieces in the bag, but, larger-size pieces… so the actual candy and the after-flavors does last in a good way.
