Biotin for mail health
My nails have had a hard time recovering from chemotherapy. My oncologist recommended that I take Biotin. I think it is helping. Long slow recovery is difficult so I’m using Biotin for stronger nails and less splitting and cracking.

I just started using this brand bit I have noticed my Nails starting to grow. I have major indentations and bumps because of fibromyalgia so I'm hoping this will help. I'll be sure to update.update: Did not help my nails enough to continue using it. They grew only a bit but that's it. Still brittle, spitting. Going a different route for improvement.

Tastes really good-citrus flavored
I love the citrus (orange) flavor. I was so sock of other brands that only offered mixed berry flavor. These are easily chewed. Good price top.
