Great product!!

This program is supposed to produce reports itemizing vendor expenses and tenant income. There seemed to be a problem when I tried to load the program on Windows XL and again with Vista. I could never get this program to produce any reports for expenses or income. I tried to get software support online. After sending me a patch that did not work, all subsequent e-mails were ignored. This is terrible product with terrible customer service and should be avoided!! It was a complete waste of my money!

This software is okay, certainly not great. None of the forms will print for me. Software seems a little clunky.

I loved this book is very easy to read and has useful advices I loved that it included the pdf. Version as well as the paper back one
