Caddie Buddy Tripod Mount/Holder for iPad Pro 12.9 & 3rd Generation 12.9

A friend of mine had one of these caddy buddy’s so I ordered it. It came with a desk clamp also which I really didn’t need. I’m a musician with an IPadpro 12.9 and I needed to put it on a microphone stand along with using a microphone. I didn’t realize there was one that was specifically for use with the microphone stand. It was my fault. I contacted the owner, Mike directly by phone. I was honest with him to what happened. Told him I would send the clamp back and pay to have the correct one sent to me. He said keep the clamp, I want you to be satisfied and he would make it right.He sent me the clamp I needed. Received it and it’s exactly what I needed. Great product, great customer service, highly recommend.

Initial tests show that this holds a 12.9" iPad securely. Bought this to start plein air painting with my iPad. It's easy to clip to the iPad and holds it securely enough for a painting session.

I'm very happy with my purchase and even happier with the high quality customer service. I wish all shopping experiences could be this good.When I first ordered this product, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Not knowing this, I was struggling to use the Caddie Buddy. So I call the vendor for assistance. The vendor answered right away and it was a real person, the Owner/Inventor Mike Buchner. He quickly identified the problem(I ordered the wrong size). He resolved our issue immediately and we are very happy with the resolution!!I highly recommend the Caddie buddy to anyone considering this product and I will definitely use this vendor again!!!

I got the largest one for my iPad Pro 12.5 inch screen. Works great and very stable even though arms are kinda flimsy feeling. I’ve used it for months now with no issues but I feel I have to handle it with “kid gloves” or the arms will break off bumping them against something. Also wish it would go small enough to accommodate my smaller tablets. Only works for the big guy. I’d love if it came with a sturdy, protective carrying case. I would buy again since it’s worked quite well on my tripod set up. A little front heavy but it doesn’t tip over and weighting the tripod eliminates that.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a nice product, easy to use.👍🏼 I have an iPad Pro 11.9 with the cover, and it all fits in the device! 👍🏼Only had this product for one day, I feel like I’ve had it forever, I love it. 💕I use it all the time now! It fits on a tripod that I’ve had for over 20 years! And then I use it as a rest on the table also.It seemed flimsy at first, but it’s really not flimsy, it’s flexible! Big difference! I highly recommend this product! It came quickly, too! 😄. My first glance at this was a bit shocking. It seemed flimsy, all plastic... BUT once I got how to use it I LOVE IT! It fits with and without my case. With the goose leg arm (included) attached it makes a great holder for lap work. Attach it to the vice-mount (included) and it stand at the side of my work area for a gret streaming TV or exta screen space. For conference calling in the time of COVID-19 it's on a tripod with some photo studio lighting et voila, professional! I Also recommend Saramonic wireless mics to finish the package. All-in-all. I LOVE IT! My only complaint, I would like more metal parts for the price.

This mounted perfectly onto my tripod base. I am super protective of my iPad Pro 12.9, and I needed it up on a tripod about 6 feet high, and I am not worried about it while it is in this casement. The gooseneck attachment makes it easy to adjust, and it doubles as a better stand that my magnetic case. This is a very good quality product. Also, even though my case is very thin, there is plenty of room left in the mount to fit this around a large case like an otter box. Their description is legit, and I researched a lot to find the right product for this task. I’m very happy with this!

I love this product. I love the bag I carry it with, the pouch for the mount, the design of the legs, the height that it reaches. I videotape my daughter's volleyball games and I used to admire all of the other tripods that other parents were using and I had tripod envy. Not any more!! Now everyone looks at my tripod and they want to know where I got it. It works great. If I had to make one change to it, I would make the legs move up and down without having to turn a nob. I am often moving the tripod from one side of the court to another and turning the nob just slows me down a bit. That's the only design issue.
