Extreme comfort and control.
The chair is silent and has a extremely comfortable seat and arm rest. The tire tread is deep and it grips and stops immediately. I have had both the rear and mid-wheel drive power chairs and the mid-wheel drive is very uncontrollable to drive over all because it is hard to steer and I run into things, but the rear wheel drive is very controllable The speed settings are perfect. It goes slow enough to maneuver in tight spaces and is very fast but not to fast to feel uncomfortable controlling. I can get in and out off my Pro Master van with the wheel chair using the UVL lift and feel safe because of the short wheel base. It has a loud horn. The seat function with the tilt back and head rest are fantastic. The height is perfect as well as the foot rest. I chose the red color and it also comes with a very nice blue cover as well to interchange with. I have multiple sclerosis and I spend a lot of time in my chair. Out of all the power chair that I have owned this one is a dream come true. The engineering is fantastic. This chair makes feel very safe and secure and I would highly recommend. I want to thank God for the Merits Company who engineered such a masterpiece and for guiding me to to find them.

Great wheelchair!
Like so many things about this chair. Very stable low center of gravity. Comfortable. Quality chair. You might need someone to help out putting it together, also it comes on a pallet delivered by a truck with lift gate. ***

It's a good chair at a good price.
It is a replacement for my 5 year old Rascal 320 Power chair, which is no longer being made. This is a close copy of it, with a few upgrades. My first chair was small like a desk chair, no head rest, but at that time I didn't miss not having it The price was better than most sellers of Power chairs with a headrest. I can't imagine a chair without a headrest now.. My only complaint comparing it to my Rascal is that it is not as plush (soft). I feel the bumps and cracks in the ground. In my Rascal I felt like I was sitting in my living room chair. I like that this one goes on grass and it has a real horn. It is small enough to use in my apartment should that become necessary .. If it were softer, I would give it 5 stars.

I have mixed emotions about this chair. It seems to be well made, but mine came without the batteries being connected. If I hadn't worked on these electrical systems before, it might have taken days to resolve why it would not start, I am used to a front-wheel drive power chair, so this one takes a bit of getting used to. The front wheels want to turn at the slightest touch, so you have to have a steady hand on the tiller. I suspect driving at top speed in a straight line will take practice.
