STEELMAN 42039 Spray Can Organizer

I am a professional diesel truck technician at a dealership, and I purchased this product to keep my most used spray cans out of my box and save some space. The construction of the product seems to be of good quality, and on first use the magnets seem very strong. When pulling straight out the organizer is very hard to remove, however when you put weight in it the organizer slides right down the side of the box. I also have a magnetic six plug stuck to the back of my box which I simply place directly underneath of this organizer and that keeps it from sliding down. Other than that issue the organizer has done it’s job, however if I was to buy one again I would recommend spending the money and getting one that hangs off of the top lip of the box for a more secure fit.

This product has a bad issue with too many cans it will slide down whatever you stick it to, usually leaving scratches. Personally I wouldn't buy it again. Aside from that it is built sturdy and the finish is nicely done on it.

Strong magnet, holds lots of stuff!

Too small to hold more than a few cans, and not as wide as my mechanics tool chest. It’s going back for a refund.

The magnets are strong enough to hold its intended contents. I did take advantage of the ledge between the top and middle tool chests to rest the rubberized "foot" of this holder. A little extra ooomph to keep it from sliding. Nice product for what it is intended to do.
