Lugzmens Convoy Classic 6-inch Chukka Boot

I bought these boots for my husband, and was bummed that the 12 wides were sold out. He's been wearing them for about a week and day one said these were wide enough with a little extra room. He said they're very comfortable and look awesome.

Loved the look of these boots but almost didn’t buy them because the price seemed too low for quality boots. But reading so many excellent reviews I’m glad I did.The boots they were replacing were my old Doc Martens. But similar boots from them and Timberland were in the $200 range. So I put aside my suspicions and bought these. They arrived the next day and were everything I needed. Comfortable, lightweight and good looking. Quality seems very good.If you’re hesitant because you think low price means low quality, it doesn’t in this case. Great boots at a low price.

I ordered two pair because of the deal that was going on. First pair I received fit just right for the size I wear. They are comfortable but the only thing that worries me is the souls. I have the blue with white souls and they feel kinda like Styrofoam. I hope they last as they are a nice looking comfortable shoe. The second pair is the blue with a reel souls on them. No issues there with these ones. Again, looks nice and they are comfortable. Only two issues with this pair,first, they are about a half to full size to big. Second, their stiff so break in time will take longer. I see I crease going across the top of the boot in the near future as well. I'll see if they last, if they do I'll buy more. That was three issues but still good boots for the money. If they last a year I got my money's worth.

These are really good boots for riding a motorcycle, as well as walking around off the bike. The ankle coverage is good and the scuff-proof material doesn't get marked up by the shifter or pegs. Road grime wipes right off. Soles grip well and help to quash any vibration.Walking around, they flex just enough to feel more like sneakers but are still stiff enough to provide all-day ankle support. These do wear a little warm though, so breathable socks are recommended.Overall, for the price, these are really good boots, both on and off a motorcycle.

+I ordered these over pricier competitors, after the pleasant surprise I got from the purchase of a pair of Lugz "Drifters". They were copped in a pinch when my size in my usual Tims where out of stock. They turned out to be comfortable, stylish, and durable. And ias it goes; that was just the icing on the cake. The fact that the price tag was only ⅓ of my Tims sell for, was the cake itself.+So when I saw these- sortof chukka style boot, available in the very same red that I was looking for to match a new red denim trucker jacket I just got, I knew I had to have them.Unfortunately, I am going to be exchanging these...-These are NOT red. They're are pictured as bright red. In reality, they're a dark shade of maroon, even a little purple and pink in the wrong light... regardless, 100% absolutely definitely not as pictured. I held them up to my jacket, which appears identical in shades of red on here- and it made them look burgundy. And they are all of the darker shades of the red to violet end of the spectrum. But that's absolutely not the same thing as the red to orange end of the same spectrum. These look fire engine red or at least emoji heart→ ❤️ ←red. But I'm certain that you will find, they are actually not...More cons:-They came without any inserts. Strange, and I'm sure it would be made right if I asked for that- and I would, if they were the same color as pictured.-Sizing:I got the exact same size as the Lugz I mentioned earlier. Yet these are very narrow, and they looked small to me right out of the box. So I compared sole to sole with many of my other boots including the same size lugz- indeed these are about a half to ¾ size smaller. Enough that even despite the lack of any inserts, and with a light pair of socks I happened to be wearing as opposed to my usual- thick Merino wool socks- my feet were too wide for the midfoot & toe box, and my toes were jammed against the ends and sides. No bueno.The other concern is just how thin the soles are - especially in the mid-front, and the weird angle that the boots curve upward from the mid-foot forward is just not my style. It resembles very closely to pointed toe snakeskin cowboy boots... or the boots of wicked witch of west...or any witch, good or bad 😉...Conclusion:Overall I just cannot recommend nor advise against these-- simply because I haven't been able to wear a pair of them properly, with the inserts intact, and the proper size.*I can however, recommend that you go a half size up. And that you be are aware that these are not the same color as the pictures. Red has many shades, but this is closer to a maroon.BET...Honest reviews : §∆¥ L€$$☆★☆★☆ Em | jəy

I bought four pair after tested the quality of the first pair I bought. Outstanding product for the value.This boot is the best boot I ever owned ,and I have had them all.What a great product…Keep up the good work..

Spouse needed a new pair of boots for a reasonable price, these are defiantly worth the price. Beautiful boots, keep his feet warm even during winter walks and true to size! He also said they’re comfortable.Took him a week to wear them because they are such nice boots.
