Please where can i get some to buy in ghana?

look for some oriental stores closer to your area. filipino stores, thai places, korean or vietnamese stores will carry this product,

Adobo experts, do you use 1:1 ratio of vinegar to soy sauce or a 1:2 vinegar to soy sauce ratio?

Proper Adobo would be 2/3 cups vinegar (5 fluid oz.) to 1/2 cup (4 oz.) of THIS Soy. Any other brand of Soy, you should use 1/3 cup (about 2.6 oz) So with another brand of soy it would actually be 2:1, with this brand more like 1.5:1. In short, more on the vinegar.

How many mg of sodium in a T of soy sauce?

The label on my bottle is slightly different than the picture so I don't know if it's exactly the same as what you have, but it says 900 mg sodium per tablespoon.

Whats the expiration date on ur current stock?

Good question!!! I don’t see one on either bottle??!
