This is an excellent resource and a must-have for every Oracle DBA. The authors provide a comprehensive view of every aspect of Oracle RAC (the best selling database option) from conceptual understanding of clustering, all layers of software stack and cache fusion, to deployment, tuning, and troubleshooting. Written by two Oracle ACEs, this is excellent work.

One of the best books I have read on Oracle RAC. Right amount of detail and background concepts that allows for a through understanding of the product. I have purchased multiple books from Oracle Press, and this is one of the best.

ひとこと、素晴らしい内容の本です。OracleRACに関して、これ以上に充実した情報が詰まった書籍は、他に記憶がありません。Oracle社のマニュアルが読みづらいので、RACは理解が及ばない点がこれまでは多かったのですが、この本籍は文章が読みやすく、実践ですぐに使える内容になっています。英語が苦手の人でも苦にはならないでしょう。何より、最新リリースの 12C R2（12.2）対応になっているのが有難いです。読んでいて、新たな発見がいくつもありました。分厚い本なので、全部は読み切っていませんが、目次や索引が詳しいので、今後は、辞書のように使いたいと考えています。ずっと手元に置いておきたい本で、購入して良かったと強く思います。OracleRACについて理解を深めたいという人には推奨します。
