Living Marine Aquarium, Vol. 2

Always wanted a large aquarium but with cats and kids it wasn't going to happen. The picture quality is great on HDMI big screen and we can have our own music on in the background. The BEST thing about this video, is playing it for real estate showings now that we listed our home for sale. Bad housing market, but a fun video for staging atmosphere!

Was hoping the video would show on the full screen and not just part of it.Other than that it's a lovely product.

Basically, a person recorded their own, cheap home aquarium and made a DVD of it. A poor representation of it's description

I bought this as a gift for my mother who entertains a lot. She has a big screen tv and wanted something like this to run in the background at parties. She loves it. You can have sound or just picture, mute works. This turns her big screen tv into a huge aquarium that doesn't need cleaning! The scenes are very life-like, I would highly recommend this product!

Not at all impressed. The scenes look like they were shot from a camcorder a few inches from an aquarium. Better than a black screen on a large tv...but not worth paying for.

I was very disappointed in the quality

Great for little kids.

13 aquarium scenes/chapters of 10 minutes each. Each loops (so, you cannot play them sequentially other than manually by revisiting the Menu, Play All is NOT offered). The 13th scene is the Play All, not of the 12 scenes/chapters but of merely 30 second excerpts from each of the 12 scenes -- NOT what you would conventionally expect, Play All 12 scenes (and really, I think the package should make that clear to would be buyers).Adding the capability to play ALL 12 or 13 scenes in their entirety would use the DVD's contents fully without further involvement by the user. I suspect most of us would rather that replace the excerpt version provided.The multiple choices of music soundtracks is nice. The aquarium sound effect (water bubbling sound) is identical for each of the 13 scenes/chapters (which takes away from the sensation of the settings being different). The lighting is excellent, the clarity superb DVD quality. At under $8 (including S&H), while there's certainly room for improvement in the design of the track playing capability, I find it to be nonetheless good value (at least, better than what I already own)..Back of the package has a stern Disclaimer: "Use of the DVD may result in screen burn of a static image on your TV screen.", which goes on to recommend you use the Play All setting, (merely a 10 minute chapter that loops and consists of 30 second excerpts of the DVD's contents).
