MUST BUY FOR ALL VERY GOOD QUALITY
I bought 2 of these fans to install and added to our house. I love these fans! They are exactly what I was looking for - simple, elegant, I bought 2 of these fans to install in a living room and verenda of our house. I love these fans! They are exactly what I was looking for - simple, elegant, no fussy ornamentation. I have installed them for about 6 weeks and really works great. My ceilings are 13 feet at beam so I used an 18-in downrod. To me, the color is more reminiscent of teak , which worked perfectly for me. I have received many, many compliments on these fans. No fussy ornamentation. I have only had them installed for about 6 weeks really works great.

Within a week of installation fan started giving out burning smell. When I contacted their support ( after much efforts as the number provided on their warranty card is also incorrect) the guy the other end said " woh oil burning ka smell hai. Aap fan use kijiye koi problem nahi hoga" I asked him will long way be responsible for short circuit and if my house got burned down because of their faulty product. I was insisting on a technician visit my place and repair the fan but I guess they do not have one. After much arguments and many phone calls their solution was to courier the fan to their office..... Charges to be borne by the customer. As there was no assurance whether the replacement will work I gave up as I didn't want to waste more money on what I already spent on this 3rd class product. Please take my advice and do not buy any long way product
