Athletic Plastic Heel Protector Cups Heat Moldable Regular W7.5+/M6+ Box Pair

I've worn a pair of these for 30+ years and they finally died. These were delivered quickly and are just as good. I expect to wear them another 30 years.

These are made the same as when I ran cross county. The cups grip your heels and add gentle support. PLUS, they are still price fairly!

I have plantar fasciitis, and my L heel has a thin fat pad due to getting multiple steroid shots. These heel cups definitely decreased the pain! I was skeptical because they are hard, but they help, especially if you have a thin fat pad. the only issue is that they are a little slippery with socks on...

The foot pain was increasing. Went to doctor. He took 5 minutes to diagnose what was wrong and another 30 seconds to suggest a therapy which included this device. After using for about two weeks all, I mean all, foot pain was gone. I could not imagine that something as simple as these heel cups could cure my problem but it did. Don't self diagnose because there are several possible causes of foot/heel pain and this device will not cure them all. See a Doc first.

Actually it's too soon to make a judgment but the pool guy assured me it would work. We'll see!

I have played soccer and ran track in high school and suffered from shin splints my whole life. I only found out about this now, as a soccer coach from one of my players. Her school trainer, passes these out to the players for plantar fasciitis/lower leg 🦵 pains..SMART GUY. These would have saved me so much aches and sharp throbbing pains if I only knew sooner! I used the heel cups as directed and in a few weeks my pain was completely gone. Now months later there still is no pain, my legs feel strong, and I don’t even wear the cups in my shoes any longer. Amazing product that is cheap and oh so simple!!!

After a visit to the MD with a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, my MD recommended these. I bought them, expecting a package as pictured. I received just two inserts, no box or instructions at all. I'm assuming they were probably returns from someone else. They're hard plastic. They fit into your shoe well and hold your heel together (side to side). They have no padding and are not that comfortable. I've tossed them out. I'm getting much more relief from the FeelLife Plantar Fasciitis Relief Shoe Inserts, sold here on Amazon. Give those a try.

These hard plastic heel cups are the best solution I've found for my heel fat pad syndrome. I've tried many soft shoe inserts and silicone heel pads, which may work ok for some people, but these plastic cups work best for me. They distribute the impact force away from the bottom of my heel, the part that's in pain, to the entire surface that's in contact with the cup.
