I had taken delivery of a more expensive machine and it was faulty on receipt. Amazon did refund me and it was returned. So, I ordered this Evoland vibration machine and it was a really good choice, wish I'd bought this in the first place. It was slightly reduced in price. It comes with two hand exercise attachment bands, a remote control. The instructions are a little difficult to understand on the "parameter" set up but its easy to just use manual + and - on the remote and the 10 programs are really good. The base unit vibrates very well and is very therapeutic. The only minor gripe is the top surface has lots of notches like reflexology spots and its a bit rough on the feet, but this can be solved with a sports sock or wearing trainers. It is a little narrower than the other unit I had. But if you want a basic toning and circulation improver, after only one week, I have noticed the difference. I suffer from occasional restless leg syndrome in the evenings, I get on this machine and after ten mins my right leg is back to normal. Also, it is toning my other leg muscles. My husband has very arthritic knees and he has been sitting using it whilst he is on the sofa, resting his legs while it vibrates and he was very pleased with the pain relief he got from it. I highly recommend it so far, I hope it carries on working for a long time!

Great vibration plate, sturdy, quiet and a neat size. I use it to help with lymphatic drainage and as part of a work out routine. Really please with it.

Love this exercise plate. The Bluetooth is added bonus, exercise to all your fave tunes. Easy program. Only criticism, the resistance snapped after four uses.

So many brand to choose from here so i pick this brand like a pots luck because so good value and i can offer. I have had for nearly 2 year now, many speed to choose from, easy to used, just open swift, choose speed and go go go. used everyday 10mins or sometime 20 mins, yes 2-3 time sometime on weekend. still working very well, no fail, i can't find any problem, very please for my ordered. ** i didn't have time go to run or poor weather to go out about. yes i don't want pay for gym that to expensive for me. now with this machine all my legs, my bum, my tummy get to slim and i still eat same each day. yes help my breathe good too. it shame im buy them to late.

Used this now 2 days in a row , 10 mins standing & squatting & pulling on the resistant hand bands , then 10 mins arms on it & doing leg lifts I bought this for lymph drainage & I definitely felt I looked less puffy afterwards ! Trying it for cellulite that has appeared with age ( turn the big 50 next year!) & read a vibration plate is good for this , I remember using one at a dinner shop before holidays & I think it definitely helps Doing an hour walk too , which I have been doing over a year , so we will see! Tried the gym a couple of times but not really for me ,because this is only 10 min bursts I think it’s a great add on to healthy living

Unbelievable! I was in a car crash 9 years ago. Suffered pain since. No amount of tablets, physio, injections has left me totally pain free. Last year I broke my back in 3 places from falling on my stairs at home. Again, not much helped the pain. I bought this vibration place a month ago. I use it in my bare feet 1-2 times a day. I’ve used the 5 different settings. In instantly calm, relaxed and when I get off my pain has totally subsided!!! I’m no longer taking medication for my back and neck. I cannot believe it! I think I’ve toned too. My physio said it’s great for the body but ppl who have degenerative disc disease cannot use it. So I’d check with a physio first. Honestly cannot praise this machine enough. It’s sturdy, well made and so cheap! I pay €95 for 30 mins of physio !! This machine will eventually replace that. Don’t delay and order this Tuesday! This is a genuinely honest view from a suffered of a back and neck pain for nearly a decade!!

I’ve been using this vibration plate for a short time in a small home space and so far, I’m happy with it for the price. Pros: • Compact and easy to move around, fits in a corner when not in use. • Strong enough vibration to feel it in my legs, bum and core. • Simple to use straight out of the box. Cons: • The build feels a bit cheap and plasticky, but that’s expected at this price. • The vibration doesn’t really travel up to the shoulders/upper body, so it’s mainly for lower body work. Overall, if you want something affordable to add a bit of extra work for your legs and core at home, this does the job, as long as you’re not expecting a premium gym‑quality machine.

Excellent product it certainly replaces sit up with over 100 settings you can go as hard or soft as you like.

Works as well as the big one's but is small enough to store easily.

Arrived today and before date on order the 30/6 haven't used it yet but opened it was a bit sussy making the order some said it came with no remote etc but happy to say came with all attachments hopefully it works well too was bigger than expected lol updated review has to say really impressed with this was worried over other reviews but it's not noisey like other vids I seen works without Bluetooth too so I'm happy and good price too

I was quite disappointed to find that the product came with a UK power plug, despite purchasing it on the EU site. If you're selling products to customers in Europe, it's essential that they comply with the EU power plug standards. This oversight makes it inconvenient for European buyers, and it would be great if this could be addressed in future listings

I bought this2 days back and product quality is good. Able to hold my weight(120kg) without any issue. I would say this is a good product at this price range.
