Strong build and fits 50mm scaffold tubes perfectly
I needed a way to mount a compact camera overhead on a lighting rig scaffold tube, fits perfectly and securely - I didn't feel as I tightened the main screw it was going to come away/break. The multiple 1/4" mounting points gives you choices where to put your device, I put mine on the end of the tightening screw (nice touch there by the way) with a universal ball/socket mount.As far as I am concerned this was the only way to do what I needed without jumping to high-end professional stage/theatre accessories.

Strong, sturdy and versatile.
Was looking for a clamp for my lighting needs and after much deliberation I went in for one of these. I am pleasantly surprised by how handy and versatile it has turned out to be. Well made, strong, sturdy and has surpassed my expectations.

Well made and perfect for my needs
This is exactly what I was looking for to make a phone holder for elevated pole photography.It took me a while to find what would work best and I made a really good choice in the end. It’s perfect for what I want.The clamp feels really well made

Only useful for vertical attachments
Grips a desk well, but almost useless for attaching anything to the sides. The horizontal thread turns even when something is screwed in tightly and the diagonal thread is now separated from the clamp and immovably lodged in an attachment

Very useful when a clamp is needed with a wider than average opening. Great to have the number of screw sockets available to house other items.
