Decent mugs.....I prefer the fantastic larger mugs (26 oz) at Pier one, which seem sturdier and are a Much better deal . Buy 1 get 1 half off ..Picked up 4 for $16.00. ...

I eat oatmeal six mornings a week and have been using a clumsy inconvenient cereal bowl for years. Used one like these on a visit to a friend and ordered these. 1) Beautiful dark cobalt color. 2) Good craftsmanship. 3) Easy to clean 4) Microwave safe and the handle doesn't get hot. If contents arrive damaged (stuff happens) read the card enclosed. They will tell you how to get a replacement from the vendor without return/reorder from Amazon. Great customer service.Update- despite the best efforts of the USPS to destroy the box...again...the nice folks at Serami sent not one replacement, but TWO! Both received intact and as nice as the first set. I'm a fan.

I ordered a set of four bowls. They arrived on time, but with one bowl broken in the box. I contacted customer service, and they promptly sent me two bowls to replace my damaged bowl.I am very happy with these beautiful and generously sized bowls. The cobalt blue color is deep and rich. The bowls feel sturdy to handle. The bowls hold soup, cereal, spaghetti, ice cream and whatever else you can dish up. They work well in the microwave, and do well in the dishwasher. I shared two bowls from my order with my sister who doesn’t cook, but does microwave food items. She likes them too. These are very nice bowls, and very versatile to use. I consider them a good investment.

I ordered these for soup and they work great. When they came they were well wrapped against breakage. Love the color and feel of the cup. Very well made. I heated up some turkey soup in the microwave for 3 minutes and as advertised the cup was not extremely hot but the soup was. They might be a little big for coffee or cocoa unless you like a lot. I would definitely recommend.

I have bought 2 sets of these bowls. The second set was received damaged with 2 of the bowls broke. No big deal, just sent a pic with my order # and Bam!! They sent me a another 4 piece set. Very good service Serami. Thank you. I would most definitely recommend. Very easy to clean as well. I'm sure these will last a long time.

Tough to know how to "STAR" this product. Two hefty & truly gorgeous cobalt blue mugs (for soup, tea, etc.).Each mug was amply wrapped in thick bubble wrap, but unfortunately, they were not secured inside the box. Just the motion from rolling around within the box (I assume) created the damage. What a shame. These mugs don't "feel" delicate or fragile, but the rigors of shipping/handling was too much. I think they would have been just fine had the box had been padded around the sides and in-between the mugs.The product description doesn't claim that these are microwave safe, nor is there anything stamped on the bottom that states whether it is or isn't. But, I googled how to test it -- and they passed the microwave safe test.I LOVE this deep rich cobalt blue...the photo on the description page doesn't do it justice. However, because I didn't want to risk a repeat of submitting for a refund and being requested to ship it back (free of charge), I am not re-ordering. Bummer.

I absolutely LOVE these bowl mugs. First of all, the color is a deep, rich cobalt; it's just beautiful. Secondly, they're so multi-functional: I can use one for my morning cereal; another for my dinner of tomato soup; and a third for my evening treat of ice cream. They also just feel really nice and sturdy in my hands, especially when they're holding something warm; there's almost a comforting feel to them on some of the cooler days, if that makes sense. Finally, they're micro-wave safe (and also dishwasher, though I don't have one so I couldn't comment!). I'll definitely keep my eye on this seller for future purchases.

The mug states that it weighs 5 ounces. I thought that sounded off but decided it might weigh about a lb. This is a really heavy mug. I have arthritis and this mug is way too heavy for me to lift. This mug is better suited for soup not coffee. Very heavy. It is a beautiful cobalt blue mug. I may keep them and give as a gift this Christmas to my son in law who would love the jumbo size. It is only because of the weight that I am giving it a 3. If you are looking for a sturdy, heavy, soup mug or jumbo coffee mug then this is a great choice. Too bad they do not make a lighter weight slightly smaller mug because I would buy that.

I'm so impressed with these cups! They are well made, heavy and are such good quality!
