Complete Kicking: The Ultimate Guide to Kicks for Martial Arts Self-Defense & Combat Sports

This is the best reference book for kicking techniques I've found. I have just about every book written in English regarding WTF techniques and this is by far the one you need to learn how to do the different kicks. I personally could use more diagrams and/or photographs breaking down each kick step by step, but I've learned not to expect too much given the scarcity of Taekwondo instruction material available that gives more than a cursory overview of any of the techniques I'm learning in class.

This is a great book to reference for students, experienced practitioners, and instructors. I use this to help me find great teaching points for my students as they continue along their journey.

This shows you all the kicks and it is up to you . balance and footwork is everything. A man with poor footwork is a horseman without a horse.

A very nice overview of various kicks including how to perform each kick and use them in kicking combinations. The tips for training and pointers for how to properly execute the various kicks were very helpful.

Learning kicks the right way. However it’s hard for an old stiff person.

Excellent book! Highly recommended but I wish it included a chapter on TKD stylist over 40. Our hips are not as pliable as 18 yr olds! Other than that. Awesome book.

The kids enjoy the details of the kicks and prepare or review what they learn from their in-class lessons. It is very helpful.

Great book on kicking . Clear explanations and pictures. Gives me a different way to view all those kicks. got it second hand but the book is in excellent condition.
